Ralph Lauren Birthday Promotion — Terms & Conditions

Effective from 1 June 2026 | Malaysia

• 1. Promoter

  This promotion (the "Birthday Promotion") is organized by Ralph Lauren (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (the "Promoter"). By participating, each participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

• 2. Eligibility

  The Birthday Promotion is open to registered members of the Ralph Lauren membership program ("Eligible Members") who have: (a) a valid date of birth recorded in their account profile prior to the first day of their birthday month; and (b) made at least one (1) prior purchase with Ralph Lauren recorded within their Ralph Lauren account. Employees of the Promoter and its affiliates are not eligible.

• 3. Mechanism

  • 3.1 Eligible Members will receive a 10% discount on regular-priced merchandise, with no minimum spend (the "Birthday Discount"), valid during their birthday month.
  • 3.2 Online: A single-use coupon code will be emailed on the 1st day of the birthday month. To redeem, the member must log in and apply the code at checkout.
  • 3.3 In-Store: The Birthday Discount may be redeemed at participating Ralph Lauren stores without a coupon code, upon verification of membership and date of birth. In-store redemption may be used once per store for each brand category: (i) Polo Ralph Lauren; (ii) Lauren; (iii) Purple Label / Ralph Lauren Collection.
  • 3.4 Online redemption is limited to one (1) use per member per birthday month, regardless of brand.

• 4. Conditions & Restrictions

  The Birthday Discount:

  • (a) expires at 23:59 local time on the last day of the birthday month;
  • (b) is not applicable to markdown, sale, or discounted items, licensee products (including fragrances, eyewear, and intimates), or Ralph's Coffee (merchandise and in-café purchases), and applies to the purchase price of eligible merchandise only (excluding taxes, duties, shipping, gift cards, and other charges);
  • (c) may not be used with any other percentage discount or promotion, but may be used with non-percentage benefits (e.g., Ralph's Coffee vouchers, free shipping, gift box) where applicable;
  • (d) is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and must be applied at the time of purchase;
  • (e) is personal to the Eligible Member and may not be shared or used by any third party — the Promoter may invalidate any code suspected of misuse or fraud; and
  • (f) is forfeited and will not be reissued if the transaction is cancelled, returned, or refunded.

• 5. Liability

  • 5.1 The Promoter is not liable for: (a) non-delivery of the birthday email due to incorrect account details; (b) technical issues preventing code redemption; or (c) any indirect or consequential loss from participation.
  • 5.2 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer guarantees under applicable law.

• 6. Personal Data

  • 6.1 The Promoter collects and uses personal data (name, email, date of birth, membership and transaction data) to administer the Birthday Promotion, in accordance with the Ralph Lauren Privacy Policy (available at https://www.ralphlauren.com.my/customerservice?cid=cs-privacy-terms) and applicable data protection laws. Data may be shared with affiliates and service providers, including outside the member's market; the Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure continued protection.
  • 6.2 Birthday emails are sent only where valid marketing consent exists or where permitted by law. Members may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time via their account, email preferences, or customer service.

• 7. General

  The Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the Birthday Promotion at any time without prior notice. The Promoter's decisions are final. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.

• 8. Governing Law

  These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Birthday Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
